Portal terms of use
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
1. Purpose
The Client area lets users track requests and projects, exchange messages, view documents and respond to proposals. Administration manages these elements and records internal information.
2. Email access
Clients sign in with a temporary code sent to the stated email address. After confirming the address, they can see every request for which that email is the owner or an authorised contact. Requests using the same email are therefore grouped in the same history.
3. Content and documents
Messages and attachments must relate to the request. Attachments must be PDFs within the displayed limit. Do not send malware, unlawful content, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive data. Users must be entitled to provide the content.
4. Proposals and responses
Proposals are identified by version. Acceptance, rejection or change requests are linked to the chosen version. This record supports communication but does not replace a written contract, qualified signature or other required formality.
5. Email and availability
Email is a supplementary alert. The portal history retains authorised messages and documents even when a notification is delayed or filtered as spam. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or security.
6. Privacy
Personal data processing and retention are described in the Privacy policy. See also the cookie information.
7. Contact and changes
Use the contact form for questions. These terms may be updated when the portal or applicable requirements change.
