Service provider identification

Scope of services

The website presents technology and software, communication and multimedia, electrical installation and maintenance, and energy certification request assessment services. Availability, scope, required qualifications, price and deadlines are confirmed before contracting.

According to the provider's information, electrical work is carried out by a professional with professional credentials and DGEG authorisation. The registration number and scope of that authorisation remain to be confirmed in this version.

Issuing a building energy certificate requires an SCE Qualified Expert. Electrical authorisation does not replace this requirement. The expert providing the service must be identified before contracting.

Requests and contracting

The form is a contact channel. Submission does not conclude a contract, accept a quotation or create a payment obligation. Service terms are agreed separately. Applicable consumer rights are respected, including information duties and rights relating to distance contracts where applicable.

Content and use

The content presents WizTec's services. Illustrative images do not depict completed work or client installations. Text and branding may not be reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

Complaints and disputes

A complaint may be submitted through the Electronic Complaints Book. Please also see the page on dispute resolution.

Identification framework

Provision of identification and professional qualification details is governed, among other provisions, by Article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 7/2004, as amended.
